What is PET felt?
We are happy to share the production process of our PET felt: from recycled PET bottles to stylish and sustainable design panels. Our felt is produced entirely in the Netherlands, shaped and processed into unique acoustic solutions. From the factory to our cutting machines and finally to the (project) location: this is the story behind our felt.
Production in the Netherlands
It all starts with recycled PET bottles. These are collected, sorted, shredded and processed into small granules, which are then turned into fine fibers. In a Dutch factory, the fibers are built up layer by layer and compressed under heat and pressure into solid PET felt sheets. This creates a material that is not only sustainable but also has excellent acoustic properties.
Because this process takes place entirely in the Netherlands, we keep the production chain short, minimise transport and reduce our CO₂ footprint. The result: responsibly produced acoustic felt that is quickly and flexibly available for your project.

Design and customisation options
The felt sheets are given their final form with us. In our workshop, we design and cut the felt into patterns and shapes: both for our standard products and for custom solutions in projects. Whether it’s subtle lines, geometric patterns or a completely custom design: thanks to our advanced cutting techniques, almost anything is possible.
Since the felt is produced in the Netherlands, it is also possible to order panels up to 3 meters long. This gives designers and architects even more freedom to realize creative and large-scale solutions.
This way, a simple base sheet is transformed into a design panel that both improves acoustics and enriches the space.
Colours and applications
Our Dutch PET-felt is available in a contemporary colour range with calm, timeless pastel shades. This makes the panels suitable for a wide variety of environments: from offices and hospitality venues to educational and public buildings. Depending on the design and application, the panels can serve as wall decoration, ceiling solutions, room dividers or entirely new concepts. Your idea is our creation.
From production space to final result
After processing in our workshop, the felt panels are carefully packed and delivered. Thanks to the lightweight material and the option for a self-adhesive back, installation is quick and efficient. The result: tailor-made panels that combine design and acoustic comfort, customised to every project.
