PET felt as a cozy feature in d.Hub Hoofddorp
At the transformation of d.Hub (DPG media building) on Capellalaan in Hoofddorp, everything centres around experience, appearance, and a pleasant working environment. In this large-scale redevelopment, we were allowed, in collaboration with DCV Bouw, to supply our PET felt as part of the building’s new look.

Color and material as atmosphere determinants
The felt has been applied to the balustrades and executed in beautiful shades of green. A conscious choice, as these colours perfectly complement the renewed atmosphere of d.Hub: fresh, contemporary, and forward-looking. The PET felt not only adds colour but also brings warmth and tranquility to the space, exactly what is fitting for a modern working environment where people should feel comfortable.
Part of the overall design
By incorporating the felt component into the architecture, it enhances the overall experience of the atrium and the surrounding spaces. The result is a cohesive whole where materials, colour and function support each other.
Subtle look, strong impact
This project demonstrates how PET felt can be utilized as a visually enhancing element within a larger transformation. Subtly present, yet with a clear impact on the building's appearance.
Are you also working on an environment where atmosphere and design come together? Then we'd be happy to think along with you.
