The EASYfelt Flex Wall is an acoustic solution for curved walls and round surfaces. Thanks to its flexible construction, the panel easily shapes itself to both inward and outward curves. This makes it suitable for applications such as curved walls, columns, and other rounded forms. The ribbed structure provides a subtle texture and adds extra depth to the surface.
Each panel is equipped with a V-cut, making it bendable without breaking. This cut allows the panel to be bent and at the same time maintains the characteristic ribbed structure. These linear grooves give the panel a calm appearance and contribute to the acoustic performance as well as its recognisable look.
Would you prefer a flat exterior? The panel can easily be flipped over. In that case, the ribs face the wall and a flat surface with a subtle line texture appears on the outside. These lines follow the curvature of the panel and enable the flexibility. Please keep in mind that these lines remain visible; for a smoother finish, we recommend using the largest possible radius.
The panels are fitted with an adhesive layer for quick installation, but for proper and secure mounting, we recommend using additional mounting glue.

Material
Made from Dutch PET felt containing at least 60% recycled material.
Dimensions
The Flex Wall has a width of 120 cm and a height of 240 cm. The V-cuts are 2.4 cm apart.
Fire safety
The base material from which the felt panels are cut has been tested in accordance with EN-13501 and classified as fire rating B-s1, d0.
Assembly
The panel has a self-adhesive back. The self-adhesive rear side is a supporting factor. It makes bonding lightweight objects easy provided the substrate is flat, clean, and free of dirt and oil. We recommend additionally sealing the panel with sealant.
