These acoustic ceiling islands are a robust solution against echo and a stylish addition to any interior. They combine top-quality sound absorption with a sleek, contemporary design.
The islands are made from 9 mm Dutch PET felt. They are filled with high-quality sound-absorbing waste material. The result? A noticeably quieter space with less reverberation and good acoustics.
Thanks to the floating effect, a modern and dynamic appearance is created. Ideal for offices, meeting rooms, horeca, or other busy environments where acoustics and design are truly important.

Material
Made from Dutch PET felt, which contains at least 60% recycled material.

The Ceiling Island Absorb+ has dimensions of 918 x 918 x 69 mm (length x width x height).

Fire safety
The base material from which the felt panels are cut has been tested in accordance with EN-13501 and classified as fire rating B-s1, d0.
Assembly
Turn the included screw eyes into the ceiling island. Decide where the island will hang and mark the attachment points on the ceiling. Tip: use a laser for precise alignment. Drill holes at the marked points and insert the plugs. Then screw the D-rings into the ceiling and attach the rigid hangers. Finally, hang the ceiling island on the rigid hangers.
The ceiling island is supplied with 4 screw hooks, 4 plugs, 4 D-rings, and 4 rigid hangers.
