The Acoustic tiles have a standard size of 490 x 490 mm with a thickness of 25 mm.

Customisation (note: there is an additional cost for this)

Customisation of Acoustic Tiles is possible within a dimension of 2999 x 1999 mm at a thickness of 25 mm. This is possible on delivery of your own design or a design by our R&D department. Please contact us for more information.

The product is made of PET felt 25 mm thick. This material is available in Dark Grey, Light Grey and Silver Grey colours.

The base material from which the felt panels are cut has been tested in accordance with EN-13501 and classified as fire rating B-s1, d0.

The panels are supplied threaded at four fixed points to screw in the supplied magnesets. There is also the choice of a metal disc to be mounted with screw & plug. Standard gap between wall and panel is 5 mm, by using a spacer (20 mm) you can choose a 25 mm gap.

For the 'normal' wall solution, there is the following option:

Panel + Magnets + Counter plates (screws + plugs)

Metal (metal wall, cabinets etc.)

Panel + Magnets. With or without additional cavity.

Acoustic Tiles are made to create both an acoustic and aesthetic solution with multiple wall panels. Multiple combinations of different reliefs are possible. The examples below give an impression of what is possible with these reliefs.

Our products are made from recycled PET, minimal colour differences may occur per production batch. No rights can be derived from this.

When the surface of the PET felt product is larger than 1m², the adhesive backing is a supporting factor. We recommend additional gluing of the product with the better mounting kit for placement on the wall or ceiling.

CAUTION: the felt should not be exposed directly to sunlight, this may cause discolouration!
